Your sales rep texts a customer from their personal phone. Then they leave. That conversation is gone. With SendHub, every text lives in a shared team inbox — accessible from web or iPhone. Your team picks up where anyone left off. One business number. Zero personal phones.
SendHub isn’t a broadcast-only service. When customers reply, the conversation appears in your inbox in real time. Your team responds from the same dashboard. Sales follow-ups, support questions, appointment confirmations — all two-way.
Select a contact group, compose your message or pick a template, click send. Reach 50 to 500+ recipients per message depending on your plan. No API calls. No batch scripting.
Schedule texts for the perfect time. Morning reminders, afternoon follow-ups, next-week campaigns — all queued and delivered automatically. Time zone aware.
“Hi {first_name}, your appointment is on {date} at {time}. Reply C to confirm.” Save templates your team uses every day. Merge fields make every message feel personal — even when sent to hundreds.
Import your entire contact database via CSV. Create unlimited groups — by campaign, industry, location, or any category. Tag, filter, and search. One centralized database for your whole team.
Track sent, delivered, failed, and replied messages in real time. Built-in analytics dashboard — no spreadsheets, no third-party tools.
SendHub integrates with Salesforce via the Salesforce AppExchange. An API is available on Lite plans and above for custom integrations with your CRM, helpdesk, or business systems.
Make and receive phone calls from your dedicated SendHub number — the same number you text from. No separate voice product. No additional setup. Voice minutes included on every plan: 20 minutes on the free trial up to 500 or more on custom plans.

The credit card is needed to process the one-time $20 10DLC carrier registration fee and to activate your plan if you continue after the trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account settings.
10DLC (10-digit long code) is a carrier registration system required for all U.S. business text messaging since 2023. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon require every business to register their brand and messaging campaigns before sending texts. Without approved registration, your messages will be blocked. SendHub assists with the 10DLC registration process.
Most are approved within 3-5 business days. SendHub submits your registration to The Campaign Registry (TCR) and monitors the approval process on your behalf. You’ll be notified when you’re approved.
Every plan includes one dedicated local phone number, two-way messaging inbox, group texting, bulk actions, scheduled messages, SMS templates with merge fields, delivery analytics, VoIP calling, unlimited keywords, API access, and iOS app. Plans differ by monthly SMS volume and account management level.
