What is SendHub Business Texting?

SendHub is a business texting and calling platform for US teams. You get one dedicated business number and your whole team shares it. Every message and call lands in one inbox on web and iPhone, so no conversation is stranded on somebody's personal cell.
Send one to one texts, bulk campaigns to a saved group, or reminders scheduled days ahead. Take and make calls from that same number. Import your contacts from a spreadsheet and you are running.
Who uses it

Sales, operations, support, dispatch, and healthcare front desks at US businesses.

What it replaces

Personal cell phones, group email threads, and paying separately for a texting tool and a phone system.

What it costs

$19 to $100 a month by message volume, plus a one-time $20 carrier fee. No contract.

US carriers require every business to register before it can text. It is $20, charged once, made up of $5 for your brand and $15 for your campaign. That money goes to the carriers, not to SendHub. We prepare the filing, submit it to The Campaign Registry, and watch it through approval, which usually takes around 5 business days.

Nothing is gated behind a higher plan

Every plan, including the $19 one, includes the dedicated local number, two-way messaging, group texting, bulk actions, scheduled messages, templates with merge fields, contact management, delivery analytics, VoIP calling, unlimited keywords, API access, and the iOS app.

The plans differ by monthly message volume and account management. That is it. You upgrade because you are sending more, not because you need a feature.

All plans are month-to-month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings.
No contracts, no cancellation calls.

Messages to Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam incur additional per-segment charges.

Why teams pick SendHub

No developer required.

Developer-first platforms hand you an API key and a documentation site, then send you looking for someone to build against it. SendHub hands your team a login. Import contacts, pick a template, hit send. Once your registration is approved you can run your first campaign the same day.

Texting and calling on the same number.

Most SMS tools stop at messages, which leaves you paying for a phone system somewhere else. SendHub includes VoIP, so the number you text from is the number you call from. One number your customers recognise, one bill, one system to learn.

Compliance done for you, not handed to you.

10DLC registration blocks every US business texting program. SendHub prepares and submits your brand and campaign registration and tracks it through carrier approval. Consent tracking and opt-out management are built in, so your messages get delivered instead of filtered.

Priced by volume, not by feature.

Analytics, templates, API access, the iOS app, unlimited keywords, VoIP. All on the entry plan. Compare that line by line against whatever else is open in your other tab.

Everything your team needs.

Zero training.

Shared Team Inbox

Every conversation. One place.

Your sales rep texts a customer from their personal phone. Then they leave. That conversation is gone. With SendHub, every text lives in a shared team inbox — accessible from web or iPhone. Your team picks up where anyone left off. One business number. Zero personal phones.

Two-Way Messaging

Send texts. Get replies. Have real conversations.

Customers reply, and the reply appears in your inbox in real time. This is a conversation tool, not a broadcast blaster.

Bulk SMS

One click. Thousands of messages.

Pick a contact group, write the message or load a template, send. 50 to 500+ recipients per message depending on your plan. No batching, no scripts.

Text online from any browser

Nothing to install on desktop. Log in from Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox and text from your business number. The iOS app carries the same inbox when you are away from the desk.

Scheduled Messages

Write now. Send whenever.

Queue a message for tomorrow morning or next Tuesday. Time zone aware, so it arrives when you meant it to.

SMS Templates with Merge Fields

Personal at scale.

“Hi {first_name}, your appointment is {date} at {time}. Reply C to confirm.” Save the ones your team sends daily. Personal at 400 recipients.

Contact Management

Every contact. Organized.

Import your database by CSV. Build unlimited groups by campaign, location, industry, or anything else. Tag, filter, search.

Delivery Analytics

Know what happened to every message.

Sent, delivered, failed, replied, tracked in real time in the dashboard. No exports, no third-party reporting tool.

Integrations

Connect to the tools you already use.

Salesforce via the AppExchange, plus a REST API for connecting your CRM, helpdesk, or internal systems.

VoIP Calling

Calls and texts. Same number. Same platform.

Make and receive calls on your SendHub number. Voice minutes on every plan, from 20 on the trial up to 500 or more on custom plans.

10DLC Compliance

Registered. Approved. Delivered.

Brand registration, campaign submission, carrier approval, all handled and monitored on your behalf.

Three steps to your first message

Request your trial.

Fill in the form. Pick a dedicated local number in your area code. Credit card required at signup. The 14-day trial includes 100 SMS and 20 voice minutes.

We file your 10DLC registration.

Required for every US business texting program. We submit your brand and campaign to the carriers and track approval, which typically takes around 5 business days.

Import, write, send.

Upload contacts, build your groups, load a template or write fresh. Send to one person, to a group, or on a schedule. Call from the same number. Watch delivery in the dashboard.

Credit card required. 14-day trial includes 100 SMS and 20 voice minutes.

What teams actually use it for

Faster lead follow-up

A lead fills out your form at 2:04. Your rep texts back at 2:05, before the competitor's email has landed. Follow-ups, demo reminders, and post-call recaps all stay in the shared inbox.

Team alerts in seconds

Tomorrow's shift moved an hour earlier. One message, one crew group, sent. Thirty people know inside a minute, with delivery confirmations.

Faster than email. Less disruptive than calls.

"Where's my order?" comes in as a text. Your team checks and replies. Ninety seconds, no hold music, no ticket queue.

Patient appointment messaging

Appointment reminders scheduled ahead: "Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule." The front desk never picks up the phone. Consent tracked, opt-outs handled.

Trusted by teams across every industry

Common questions

Everything you need to know before starting your trial.

SendHub SMS pricing starts at $19 a month for 500 messages, $52 for 2,000, and $100 for 4,000. Above 4,000 messages we quote a custom volume plan. Every US number also carries a one-time $20 10DLC carrier registration fee. No contract, cancel from your account settings.

You can set up your account immediately, but US carriers will not deliver business texts until your 10DLC registration is approved, which usually takes around 5 business days. We file it for you at signup and tell you the moment it clears.

10DLC is the registration system US carriers introduced for business text messaging. AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon require every business to register its brand and its messaging campaigns before sending. Unregistered messages get blocked. The $20 fee is $5 for brand plus $15 for campaign, and it goes to the carriers, not to SendHub.

To cover the one-time $20 carrier registration fee at signup and to keep your account live if you continue after the 14 days. Cancel any time during the trial from your account settings.

14 days, 100 SMS, and 20 voice minutes on a dedicated local number, with the full feature set unlocked.

No. SendHub is a dashboard your team logs into. There is a REST API if you want to connect it to something, but nothing on the platform requires code to use.

Yes. SendHub supports number porting, and you can text-enable an existing landline or VoIP number without disrupting voice service on it.

Both, on the same number. VoIP calling is included on every plan, with voice minutes from 20 on the trial up to 500 or more on custom plans.

Yes. That is the point of the shared inbox. Everyone sends and receives from the same business number and sees the same conversation history.

SendHub is on the Salesforce AppExchange for direct Salesforce integration, and a REST API is available on all plans for HubSpot, Zoho, and other systems.

SendHub follows healthcare industry standards for protecting sensitive data, with consent tracking, opt-in and opt-out management, and audit logs.

Any time, from your account settings. Month to month, no contract, no retention call.
